@KimI ordered  a nmz account from kim 80 80 80 nmz quested he did a quest you're not suppose to do for cheap games so now I'm forced to do customized nmz games

either he refunds the amount I paid for him to make the nmz account or make me a new one

1. You need to post proof + chat logs, we're not moving forward with anything until then.

And 2. You need to post the agreements of the NMZ account, what quests were agreed upon, etc.

didn't specifically ask for quests but 80 80 80 is a dh account so why would anyone do witch's house ? ruins stats during game and cant use prayer method

You didn't specify which quests you wanted completed, nor that it was a dh account or that you wanted to use a prayer method. Unless you can prove you requested what you're disputing we won't be requiring any refunds or remaking of the account.

I shouldn't have to tell him what quests to do when every service provider that offers nmz packs never uses witch's house and he never  told me what quests he was doing so he is at fault

You can't point fingers when you didn't even specify the quests you wanted done for NMZ. Unless you can post proof of you doing so I'm going to have to close this.
