Quashed bans are just as good as no bans, especially since its zulrah and theyll be banned anyway? Ive squashed the same account more than once.

There's a difference when that ban comes from zulrah after the account has made profit.. if it's flagged before I even bot zulrah then I have a higher chance of it being banned and not even breaking even on it.

Not true, an account already once banned for botting has a higher chance of being banned again.

why isn't it? If you don't give me all the info then you could easily scam quit and recover every account you have ever sold without the buyer even having a chance to recover the account they paid for & to charge someone to quash a ban on the account that they PAID for is ignorant imo.
