boozer Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 Decent total lvl (1500+) decent cb stats, min of 85 range/mage must do a recovery test with a staff member no matter how trusted you are and are to provide full recovery details(including transaction id's if membership was purchased other than via in game bonds) Open to all acc's meeting these reqs
