Before you start programming, you should setup your programming environment:

 

I am trying to Java and script myself.

I'm now following normal Java tutorials first, because understanding the basics seems to be of alot more help.

Makes it easier to read through the API too !

Credits to @Khaleesi for the tutorial., when I started scripting more than a year ago, I used it as well.

haha Ya it's quiet an old video but still does the job I guess

Ended up buying a book Java voor dummies (java for noobs basically)  and will follow code academy etc before starting on actual osrs script writing.

Hey, nothing wrong with wanting to put it into practice. I wrote my first fisher and woodcutter on friday! 

 

Granted I don't really understand what I've wrote, so I probably need to read a book or two my self.
