So what quests do you need, exactly? This is what I'm asking Underground Pass Plague City Biohazard Regicide Theres no Mourning End part 2 in this questline.

Roving elves continues on from Regicide and Mourning’s End continues from there, which is why I asked. What would the stats be on the account? I can do the quests but not the cape.
