Water blast

Max hit: 14

Cost: 240-255~

fire spells> water spells. Water blast isn't even worth using unless you just want the extra xp

Is this even a true question everyone uses fire spells.. try get a tome of fire if you can though.

Do waterfall quest.

Use addy dagger p++ until poisoned. Use addy 2h until low hp. Kill with silverlight. 

Trust, is fastest way. Speedrun mith gloves countless times.

You could but depends if he hits and if he doesn’t want to gain xp on melee quite hard. 

Fire bolt with tome would demolish this.
