Medkit is 10 seconds so I hope not. Two big potions is 10 seconds and a medkit is 10 seconds, both give 100 hp. Why would something that gives 200 hp last 10 seconds opposed to the already reduced 15?

Yes, but that was patched already. 

I guess I just feel 15 seconds in a matter of life and death is too long, especially if you’re last 2-4 alive and have around 10health.

The payoff is huge. It’s a high risk high reward thing. It’s meant for use after a fight, not during a fight. 

I found 6 shield pots within 2 minutes once. 
I dropped them in a line and my friends were like wtf
