Why it should be removed: He thought i recovered an acc i sold to him. but it was my brother. so i sorted out with him and gave him the recovery questions. he said he told a mod to remove the negative fb already but been a month but it's still there.

Removed, in the future please be more proactive as it is difficult for us to find old feedbacks and remove them.
