Explanation: Bought zulrah acc from him. We agreed on 120m for the acc + that he provides 50m collateral for the gear/supplies. After 17 days (10m daily) I've paid him the 170m back. Tried to login now, acc got recovered.

We need a lot more proof. Full conversation screenshots, Skype ID and can you please attempt a password reset on the account so we can see the email it's registered to.

As @MDMAblkout has had 24 hours to respond and has not, I've gone ahead and banned them. If they wish to return they'll need to refund you the 170m.
