EDIT: Looking through the user IPs it's clear they have been hacked by the same person who hacked another recent scam, I've gone ahead and safety banned the user for now.

As the user has not acknowledged the appeal, I've gone ahead and banned them. If they wish to return they'll need to post a ban appeal and refund you 15m.
