No set date, I think Coinbase is still open, but I'm not sure.

There are many sites out there that offer these exchanging services like: Binance, Bittrex, Bitfinex, Coinbase, Coinexchange, Hitbtc and so on.

Last solution would be to just manually create a wallet(of a coin you want to invest in) and hold it there.
