There is literally 2-3 hours worth of quests here how can you justify charging so much??

1. Because he's 44 hp, low combat stats.

2. I don't give 24 hr quotes to finish quests. I give same day delivery, I would argue one of fastest here for any pure quests. 

You can certainly offer to do the job for like 10M if you wish to.

Agree. Stats are low for dt so price should be high if thats to much train skills and ask about quest after 70s stats.

I would agree if it didnt have prayer, but it does. Dt is easy with these stats, massively overcharged
