Yeah, that makes more sense. I guess I didn't read it that way. I thought they meant they couldn't, or had limited ability to, monitor an individual via their IP address.

I've seen a lot of conflicting information regarding IPs/proxies floating around this forum, so I just figured this post might prompt a discussion. :)

That has been removed and the packet but there used to be a packet which still provided that information but that packet has also been removed as well.
