Explanation: Would do a quests and 1-50 agility on two different account. Three hours after the service is done I tried to login to the accounts for the first time and I find both accounts to be banned. He is claiming that it was all hand done, I see no way how this is legit and how the blame can be on me.

I can tell I didnt use any 3rd software and played via the OsBuddy client, [HIDDEN] screenshots from quest and any agi lvl

I was online like 10-14hr per day from friday till monday, played semi afk whole time

Both times after before I logged into the acc I deleted random.dat so erase any data

Hastylife has provided us full albums of the screenshots for the full service on the accounts.

Since we're not Jagex, there is only so much we can ask a servicer to do to prevent themselves from being accused of botting and providing full screenshots of the service is at least one of them.

Unless any more proof can be provided I'm going to have to close this dispute.

He probably send me the same albums of screenshot in which he shows every level up. This is easily doable through Mirror client because OSbuddy has an automatic feature which saves every level up. Also, if he was playing semi-afk, would he really take a screenshot of every level?

Obviously there is no way for me to be able to give 100 percent proof to this situation as I am not Jagex either. But with these facts I am trying my best to defend myself.

The facts:

Last time I touched the accounts: 3PM GMT, 1 december (to purchase the bond for the service)

Account done at: 1PM GMT today, 4 december (as can be seen in the skype conversation)

First time I checked the accounts: 4PM today, 4 december (at this point I found that the accounts were banned)

This would imply that if I have caused the bans between 1PM GMT and 4PM GMT. However:
1. I did not login on one of the accounts which I could prove if necessary through whatsapp conversations with friends
2. It is almost impossible to get an account banned within 3 hours of botting (1PM-4PM), if I would have been the reason for the ban on the account.
3. Hastylife should be able to confirm that I did not login during the service, also because it is not allowed to login during the service as stated in their TOS.

The same method would still be possible with a mouse recorder for agility.

As discussed in this topic:

The facts are still there. If I lose this dispute it would mean that it is assumed that: I have gotten both the accounts banned within 3 hours and then got instantly banned during the session. Because if I would have really botted before (which is more likely if the accounts get banned at that time of the day), the service of getting 50 agility and the quests should not have been completed at all. Because the service would be terminated with NO refund if I logged in during the service at ANY point.

This is all I can say.

There's still no evidence that the user botted or macro'd on the account, and has supplied us with enough evidence for us to believe he didn't. Were these accounts purchased from a seller? Delay bans are possible, and bans can have for numerous reasons besides bot/macro.

Accounts have been purchased on 14 november from PulseImpulse, evidence can be provided. The ban as stated on the Runescape website is Macroing Major (ban).

Does there any case exists in which it is 100% proven that the service provided botted on the account? Would also like to know about this so I can prevent this situation of defending myself in the future.

It does happen yes, but in this case the user has provided screenshots from OSBuddy levels, which as you pointed out could be obtained through mirror mode usage, but in this case the user is not VIP and does not have access to mirror.

Going to go ahead and close this, as @Mio said we are not Jagex and can't say whether or not he botted for sure.
