Being able to close the bot from elsewhere

Featured Replies

Hey, I was just wondering if you could add a feature that makes you able to log off the client, when you sign in from somewhere else besides home. I travel a lot, and therefore I'd like to bot while I do that. The problem is whenever I'm at my destination, the bot is still running at home and I can't log in or turn it off.

Is there a way to add a button to make it log off, or simply just log out when it's signed in from elsewhere?

Thanks :)

Buy a VPS, that could help you out as you can log into it from any location and see your bot running

You can try to find a solution by disconnecting your internet from a distance.

If you disconnect you will sign out and your bot will close too.

I dont know if you can do that.

I feel like a fail-safe could easily be abused, no support

Yeah, I could disconnect my internet connection in some way, but I just wanted to make a suggestion for an easier way to do it.

Also since I'm not home right now, do you know any way I can log in right now? :)

Simple solution. Don't leave your bot running if you want to run it elsewhere.

I only the simple solution, but it was just a suggestion which is why I posted it in here. :)

Download teamviewer onto your home computer, create an account for it to stay logged in.

Download teamviewer on phone or whatever computer you have with you, and connect to your home computer.

That's what I do. :o

Very smart idea.

Download Teamviewer on your phone, this will enable you to log out whilst away from your PC.

(Although it's not advisable to leave your bot unattended for too long.)

Yeah lol all of the first few posts were way complicating things!

Get a program called TeamViwer, it allows you to remote control a PC from any other PC or even from a phone/tablet.

You can simple set up 'unattended access' so you can just log into your teamviewer account, and then see a list of/control all allowed devices.

Super easy, very awesome.
