He can get quite a lot more than this, probs around 90-110m. @A one you should get bgloves + veng before selling the acc to get way better paid.

Personally wouldn't pay over 75M. 62 pray is a mistake on a zerk. Needs veng b gloves etc

Not really. He can go for a 70 prayer or even Rigour. 70 would be best, especially considering the fact that he got 75 attack and not 60. If he would be 60 attack then yes, having over Smite is failed.
