This is first time I've ever gotten this. It says grabbing runescape parameters then says socks proxy error? I don't even use proxy? 

Did you try reopening the client?

Yes. I've noticed now even my osrs client won't open. I've been using this same set up for years haven't chanfed anything first time this has happened 

I get,error saying it can't be configured due to firewall setting i have firewalls off and no anti protection on and still not working? Like i said it just worked like 2 hours ago nothing has changed just randomly stopped working

Is runescape down? Cause I've now found out its not my computer, as both computers are now getting this error 

I am getting the same error. I use konduit and I had to hop to a certain world for me to sign in. Very strange might be a new update needed.

Just googled it, multiple people are having the problem. Servers must be going out .

I cant even get the client to load

I'm playing on os buddy , Maybe the osbot servers need to update their clients?

my osbuddy just continues to say downloading osrs client, it wont download

Yep gonna assume servers are down. Konduit won't configure either 

Not sure , I fell asleep and came back on and my osbot was down but i had my Osbuddy still loaded so idk.

Can confirm it's happening on 30% of my clients. 
Maybe a dev can fix it soon. @Alek ?

I don't think it is a osbot problem, as osbuddy, osrs client, and konduit are all having problems loading the game. I also searched the official osrs forums on the main site and multiple people are reporting it as well.

It happens on SocketException which commonly happens when a proxy isn't configured correctly. I suppose it can happen due to something else.
