Im Evil Posted November 5, 2017 Posted November 5, 2017 Usually when I'm paying from my balance they don't charge me a fee. From my experiences they only charge it if you're paying via bank withdrawal.
Google Posted November 5, 2017 Posted November 5, 2017 Send it as to Family and friends thing , i don't think fees apply on that but you gotta have a US paypal account for that this is only to use Paypal Balance and send it to another person.
