ProjectPact Posted October 9, 2017 Posted October 9, 2017 Cooking, fletching, and fishing maybe, but not combat stats. As far as the fastest skill to get 99, it is cooking. You can get level 70 cooking in like 2 hours or less with that one really good jug of wine script on the SDN.
