Please confirm that this is how most credible people perform services.

1. Agree on terms. Example: Full Graceful set + 59 RC from Tut Island

2. Agree on price: 25M 07 payment you provide bond.
3. Payment after service is completed. Person completing service provides bond.

Unless you're extremely trusted you would not get any GP up front for bonds supplies etc. 
If not trusted you would use a MM and the person providing the account services would complete the service and claim payment from MM. 

I am correct ya?

Can someone please answer this question and verify that this is how people conduct business? 

I only ask because I am currently doing a service for 2x zulrah accounts, and I was only provided the account. Will have to provide bond and supplies to level. I of course included this price in my quote. I didn't require a MM because this person is highly reputable.

However, I am trying to get services done and this person is wanting some cash up front straight away and bonds. HE WANTS SOME INCENTIVE HE SAID. Well, the "incentive" is the 25M at the end of the service.

Isn't this how it's done boys??? Someone enlighten me.

Everything is up to you. You two decide the terms of the agreement. 
If neither side is very trusted, use a MM to hold gold.

If one side is trusted, they don't go first in anything. 

If both trusted, you can decide among yourselfs.
I myself never go first to anyone below 400 feedback. 

Thank you.. So if he's not wanting to go first and wants gold up front, and is also a new user could potentially be a risk. Since he says no to using a MM and wants "incentive" up front.

I was watching the price for the complete grace is 40m +

Full graceful is 15-20M 07

However, as I said, there's a prerson who's doing graceful for me for 13M 07

I wouldnt do anything without an incentive. If anything id take half upfront and the rest would be with a MM of my choice and u pay fees. However i rarely do services, But if its someone very new id say giving them a lil of the money and the rest at the end is fair that way they get something up front and u hold on to the rest so if ur scammed u have very small loss
