(sometimes jagex locks the account after a while because of ip change why idk)

There Is a reason we recommend you not buy accounts from untrusted users. 120 dollars will get you a bad acc from a trusted user or a really good acc that will be scammed back. You need to start your own acc and just pay someone to train it to ensure it won't get recovered.
