Just letting you know buying an account will never be safe. Even with a pin the original owner can lock you out while they reset the bank pin

just like night said only safe way is making your own account and let people do services on it.

ive sold over 20 mains 10 pures and few skillers/trash but i never bought accounts since im scared of being recovered.

 

own account

pros: no1 else can recover the account only you. you will have to spend time in making them.

cons: you will need services if you dont have time which are quite expensive.

 

bought account

pros: you already have alot of stats which would cost more in services.

cons: the OO can always recover the account no matter what even after 10 years. (sometimes jagex locks the account after a while because of ip change why idk)

Wasn't trying to be an asshole, just being honest. There Is a reason we recommend you not buy accounts from untrusted users. 120 dollars will get you a bad acc from a trusted user or a really good  acc that will be scammed back. 

 

You need to start your own acc and just pay someone to train it to ensure it won't get recovered.

Yeah you having the details wont help if the OO tries to recover the account, you are best just buying from a trusted seller or having services completed on a account you are OO on to make it safe.
