Opened up a graphics shop, currently only doing 1m per sig but i was wondering for this quality what i could possibly charge?

Wouldn't really charge anything at this point. The signature is very basic and not properly rendered either. I'd suggest you watch tutorials on youtube till you get better in the basics. Also for sigs with an open background I'd highly recommend only using very clear renders, otherwhise dots/flaws are easily noticeable on the background when using different themes.
