My opinion looks like it was alternated and for that I support your suggestion.There's just one major thing left out. Who's going to go into the FTP and fix it? Won't be Laz, Maxi or Zach and Raflesia still doesn't have full access to acp let alone ftp.

They do no need access to the FTP to fix it, this is a simple toggle in the ACP that any standard admin would have access to even without database access.
