I was having the same issue. It was walking back and forth at the patch. Took like an hour and a half of double checking everything but I got it right in the end. For me it was just not doing everything in the right order in set up. Once I got the order of setting everything down it's easy now to add new tasks and such and it works flawlessly.

The Ardougne cape, I can consider, if you borrow me an account that has access to it. Usage of the spellbook is currently a negative.
