Explanation: He sold me an account which got locked and recovered yesterday, now the password is changed. He said that he was personally hacked recently and lots of the info of his accounts was stolen... I asked him to recover the account as soon as it was stolen but he said he wasn't at his pc and would do it tomorrow...

Evidence: 

User has been placed in twc and asked to respond here. 

Well what I can say about this user, he got my message instant with me replying i will refund him, its sunday this might take some time when people do have days off, and he still put me on dispute. I see no honor.

 

Person refunded already.

he paid me back 80m gp and we agreed that he owes me 10m more, you can remove his twc

We don't remove TWC, until the debt is paid, not a majority of it. Also I would like to understand how he was hacked, yet not all the accounts he sold were recovered, just yours?

I'm not sure... I had two accounts made by him and only one of them was recovered.

Well let us know when the rest of the debt is repaid.
