My Recent 2day Ban

Featured Replies

Quite peculiarly story.. I have been botting using OSBot for about a week now and have gotten some decent stats. Last night, for some reason, I got worried about a ban and started to read up on people's ban stories and researching bot bans in general. I also ran a quick bot session as I went to bed that would stop about 1.5 hours in after running out of herblore resources. When waking up this morning, I attempted to log in- I got on, then got logged out 3 seconds later, tried again and said my account is disabled. 2 day ban.

Why is it that I seemed to be banned right after looking into botting bans? What a coincidence...

I am going to play legitimately for a long time on this account after this incidence, if not forever. What are your opinions on botting on it again?

Thank you!

probably you got flagged and they checked the account and it is a ban because you bot. not because you are looking into people who got banned lolz

You bot = You get banned. Simple as that

This thing will never change in RS

Someone noticed all of these random accounts posting these type of stories recently? Employees of jagex.

Botting is unhealthy for your account however it is similar to chemotherapy, though it is bad it gets rid of the cancer that is legitimate grinding gameplay.
