I have a maxed 13 pray with fire cape also it has 77hp so I'm wondering if I should go 31? seems like I'm very limited with 13.

if you are happy with your current cb bracket stay 13 pray.

 

31 pray and less str levels would have been stronger than your current build on the same cb lvl so you fucked that up unless you only unskull

    After the smite update, there is not point of staying below <44 is not point unless you like the aesthetics. Even in the risk fighting scene someone with 80 range 80 str 13 prayer would be matched with similar stats and higher prayer.
