Reason: He was hired to contacted to do skilling order on my skiller account. he agreed to everything being hand done, and provide screenshots. I asked him nicely to be on account whenever he is on the account to which he also agreed.

I went to sleep, when I woke up he was online on account but not on skype.

He was botting the account, I went to the location and stayed there for 20 Minutes, Traded him, PM'ed him, tried talking in public but no responses, neither was there any response on skype.

Account gets banned and he says apparently he has all screenshots. So an account not botted gets banned within a single day after he starts servicing. 

 

 

Stats on account, except Mining everything was done beforehand.

 

 

@NoJoke admitted to botting and has agreed to refund accounts worth, but wants a moderator to confirm how much should be refunded, also an extra 3M for fresh bond should be added onto that.

I've asked someone to place NoJoke in TWC but can you show the proof of where he admits to botting? 

We are fine to price check the accounts worth. 

The only reason i'm still asking for him to confirm is even though you provided a screenshot of your account at a iron rock location it could be you for all we know (not saying it necessarily is)

@NoJoke if you do not specify that you're going to bot it or do them hand done. By standard THEY MUST be done by hand unless you give them prior notice that you will be botting

I did admit to botting near the end of it.

Here's the story, I manually did the mining to 54 and was going to sleep so I was going to set up a private script to bot from 54-56 mining which the bot itself didn't run but for maybe a hour and a half. 

This could of been a delayed ban, plus I was only on the account for around 5 or so hours most of it being legitimate.

I agreed beforehand that if anything happened to the account that I would provide a bond, which can be shown in a chat log. I will provide the bond to end the dispute, however I do plan on compensating for the loss incase the ban was due to me. There's no proof that he/she botted and as I said it was most likely a delayed ban if they did bot as you can see by the stats. 

I am willing to fulfill the bond that I promised if anything happened to the account in my hands as stated in our chat logs which was something I clearly stated. Now, that should end the dispute itself seeing there was no agreement on fulfilling compensation if the account was banned. With that said, even though it was banned I will be compensating some gold to the user for their loss even though I doubt the short amount of time that the private script was used was the cause of the ban, because it most likely wasn't. 

I will post the chat logs if need be in regards to refunding the bond that was put on the account and will fulfill that to end this dispute. Beyond that, I will once again compensate them on my own terms to be respectful seeing that was not a part of the original agreement.

That's not how this works, you can't admit to botting and expect to only compensate a bond.

 

While we wait for a price check, @MyOSB can you provide a screenshot of the account status/ban page? Is it a permanent ban or a 2 day ban?

It's a perm ban. I'll wait for the appraisal. 

I know I should of asked if it was okay to bot from 54-56/60, what I did was wrong and I honestly feel like crap about it. I just want you all to know that I made a mistake, I shouldn't of done this and what I did was very wrong. I'd like to apologize to not only account owner but also to the community. I will compensate for the loss as stated before not out of pity, but to do the right thing. Awaiting the appraisal now.

I'd like to say a note the ban meter for the account is real, it is not falsified. I've seen many people try to falsify pictures, however this is real. There's no need to question the ban if there were intentions to do so.

Thanks for the response, I'll get everything ready in the meantime. May I ask a potential ETA on the value that I owe? I'll be off and on, so I may need a middleman to take the gold to provide to the user if I'm not going to be on when they're online so they can obtain the gold faster. If you don't mind, can you assign someone to hold the gold for me when the time comes incase I'm not going to be on for the full day?
