Originally posted this is the VIP section but had no luck so hopefully I'm allowed to do this...

I need to some to install the right java and osbot onto a VPS I have just bought, I have no clue what I'm doing,.

Don't pay.

Run these in terminal.. 

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:webupd8team/java
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install oracle-java8-installer
