I'm interested in building a f2p 2h pker. I will provide account which already has 80 strength. I will provide bond as well. I need these quests and all other requirement quests done.  Its been awhile but if I'm not mistaken these 4 quests will give 40 attack starting from 1. 

-Death Plateau

-Tree Gnome village

-Waterfall

-Fight arena

Dont do waterfall btw. Easier to do the other attack quests. I quested my f2p pker. Def just skip waterfall. Sucks to lose the 30 str levels but you can get it back easily.

Waterfall is pretty easy takes like 10 minutes with the right teleports mate, if anything he shouldn't be doing it would be fight arena since it is a quest that is totally useless. You don't need it for any other quest in the future neither does it give any benefit. Know like 3-4 other small quests that could be usefull but they give alot less attack xp. Together they replace the attack xp reward of fight arena though:)

I didn't mean easier but I meant like doing the other attack quests unlock more stuff uhh. Hard to explain while I'm at work.

EDIT: 

The quests I did for 40 attack were Vampire Slayer, Death Plateau, The Grand Tree, Tree Gnome Village. 

This unlocks all spirit trees and climbing boots. Where if you do Waterfall quest and/or fight arena you cant unlock these without going over 40 attack. 

The only downside is Grand Tree has a little more requirements than the others. But the agility levels can be instantly obtained after completing The Tourist Trap.

This wouldn't get you to 40 attack but rather around 35. I would skip The Grand Tree as it's redundant to unlock the Tree Teleportation methods on a pure and replace that by Waterfall, Underground Pass and Tai Bwo Wanna Trio. This in combination with Death Plateau, Tree Gnome Village and Vampire Slayer will get you to 40 attack and also have all the quests done that you will be needed for that specific build. Also leaves options open to build further in any way you want imo.

Grand Tree - 18400 xp

Tree Gnome Village - 11450 xp

Death Plateau - 3000 xp

Total XP - 37675 = Level 40 attack

 

Tai Bwo Wanna Trio is definitely a good option to replace Vampire Slayer. Since you unlock the TBW stores and other perks.

That would put you at 35350 xp so 1,874 xp from 40. (You can also get 805 free attack xp from the dummies in varrock but only from 1-8 attack).

Then Underground Pass for Ibans or whatever would get you 38350 xp for 40 attack. So can replace Vampire Slayer with those 2.

Waterfall is still bad. Fire giants should be done in catacombs anyway for totem pieces. If you need a rune scim from them then use ZMI warriors since they have a 1/50 drop.

Definitely true.  It's either Cbow or MM if he wants to stay 40 attack. So if he ever decides to get prayer MM tunnels are always an option.

MM can be done without prayer fam, and if he decided to go for dragon scimi he would need to train some attack levels anyways since no amount of quest give enough xp for 60 attack:p

pmed, dont care how you get it done, just as long as its 40 and quested. I'll most likely be keeping this for f2p pking only

Order completed mate, btw great account 80 str 1 def 1 pray would defenitly not get any pray and defence in the future if you wanna stay f2p or even p2p imo.

I would get some range mage lvls with that would be an even sicker build fam
