I think he has some IRL issues going on that i'm not allowed to say what they are (if they are what I think they are) but 

make a dispute and let me talk to staff about what's going to happen

Ok make a dispute please so I can go ahead and ban him until his irl situation is over and gives you your VPS or refunds
