bought a script and posted for a refund 7 hours after purchase. bot is buggy. doesnt always work. store credit or script exchange. been almost 3 days and no reply to my thread in the refund section. how long does it usually take for a reply?

aprox 72hrs

The community manager @Maldesto is the only one who deals with refunds, can't give you a definitive time, but it will be soon.
