You have some cooling issues. Your GPU will automatically throttle down to keep the temps from going critical (100C+), which is probably what's happening here. If you solve your cooling issues you will get better performance out of your card.

I am not suffering any FPS loss at all, so idk, it is just hot outside (spiked 36 °C here today) and my room is south side of house so was around 35 °C
Just found it funny to see my GPU being 90+ degrees for 3-4 hours non stop haha

It's possible that even while being throttled, your GPU has sufficient capacity to power the game, or that there is another bottleneck not within the GPU limiting FPS performance
