I think buying accounts from people is stupid and risky and this is one of the reasons why.

I think I understood the risk in the first place, the question is should one only be able to sell HERE if one can help with recovery later on.

Sorry that's just how I read the original post.

I've had several accounts banned and asked the original owners to help me to unban the accs. Some asked for cash and some were willing to do it for free.

I don't see why they have to be able to recover or provide you with the recovery account to be allowed to sell accounts. You should just ask them politely and hope for the best, I don't think you're bothering them.
