So I frequent the chat and forums a lot and there's a common recurrence I've noticed. Developer's saying something along the lines of "It'll be out as soon as the admins clear it", and then never really hearing anything about it again. When I check in with people they say it still hasn't been looked at. What's going on with this, and what's being done to speed things up? (Not meant to be hostile, genuinely curious). I remember reading awhile ago that there was supposed to be something coming out to make the SDN process much faster, just wondering when we can actually expect that.

Yeah there was supposed to be a group of approved testers that were supposed to help out. What happened with that??

If you need a tester to test the scripts ill test it .

i suppose you have to be a scriptwriter if you want to become a script approver?

right? Pretty much all i have to say right here.

This is how it works, won't try to leak too much info in case this isn't allowed:

1. We push our updates into our bitbucket account

2. We post in a thread and wait for admins to see it

3. Admins get the script from the bitbucket, review for malicious code (They have access to our bitbucket repo)

4. Admins push the script to the SDN

 

That's how it works, it's not as simple as it looks but that's the general idea.

the admins are just very busy and unresponsive. Personally, I have been waiting two months for my script to go onto the SDN.
