Just bought; using at Edgeville and I've tried with steel & silver bars. I get:

Near bank!
Has correct amount of (Silver ore) for bar plans, continuing...

 

Over and over, it won't withdraw. If I withdraw manually it'll carry on until it needs to again. Something I'm doing wrong? Tried on mirror & normal.

Hey Czar, when you enable coal bag and try to smelt steel bars it starts to look for "Steel Ores" and doesn't actually do anything after filling the coal bag.

Sorry for delay for GE restocking feature, i'm still working on it. Should be out as soon as it's 100% stable and bulletproof. Will also feature a price-setting button which will be displayed in the crafter too.

@UkBenH make sure to set the correct amount of bars in the setup, shouldn't be above 28. remember it's for how many bars/ore to take with you to the trip xD
