Explanation:

We discussed a complex order, including horror from the deep, 55 slayer(mainly through diaries and quest, Mithril Gloves, and 60-80 strength on my obbymaul pure.

The time for this to be completed was 2 weeks aka a bond, he said sooner but just in case 2 weeks,

there has been close to nothing done on the account yet, and items have been missing and appearing, dmix doesnt respond to me and daweed, has tried talking to me but thinks that dmix is taking the items, so I would like to dispute this service because i need this done and clearly it isnt getting done, so i would like my money back and find another shop, again i will like the mods/admins look at everything and decide what is best solution.

Hello I can confirm that we are doing this service

There were many things coming in real life situation which made us been short of scheduled, we lacked behind and stuff . My partner Dmix is having family matters going on, which made has lack behind the time frame , we did put in the effort and worked in the account but yet marteezy always complained nothing is happening on the account . I agree the first time i took the items Fury + Combat bracelet due to safety as i didnt want to lose it while doing slayer task and stufff so i took the safety precaution and told marteezy about it later when he asked .

Before it was just 90 total level , now it is 500 total level, we are doing our work not like we are being lazy and stuff .

Also at many occassions, Marteezy has logged in the account without telling us about it, he also taken the items out by himself.  4 people know the password of this account , me , dmix , roomscape and the owner, taking in safety precaution i told marteezy to change the password of the account as Dmix and Roomscape knew the pass also .

And what will you do in order to compensate the user for not sticking to the time frame agreed upon?

Hello, yes I can explain what happened on my side.

Lot of shit happened in my real life, so I was kind of less active and then few days inactive (was not able to get on my computer, thats why I have not been responding, sorry for that).

I've done several skill requirements and some quests on the account (can provide all screenshots of course). 

Last thing I've done on that account was Biohazard quest on 28th of March. I am not aware of any high valued items on your account, have seen maybe regen brace once. 

I was mainly doing quests, so I was not even focused on what's in your bank. That's all I can say for myself, because I don't really know what was happening since my last log out.

 

By the way..haven't seen anywhere asking for permission to login. As logging in during completion is breaking our TOS. Moreover, it is huge order, please notice that your account had only like 60 str and no skills/quests at all. So I think there is some progress, not "CLOSE TO NOTHING DONE". As I remember, there was an agreement that your slay lvl will be done with diaries lamps and diaries have some requirements, you know..

As compensation I would suggest refunding money for what is left(not done) on the account and also refunding your bond.

Well Since Marteezy wants to cancel the service, He can pay us for what we have done and also I will refund him a bond as we took long to do the order.

And in the future , If marteezy wants to order a service, we can give him 10%-20% off.

To his accusation, I only checked the highscores to see the progress and was consitintly asking how it was going comming close to the 2 week mark I logged in to check quest and achievement diaries and I noticed fury and regent missing, as well you wouldn't need to transfer it if you could leave it in the bank and second you have 30 mins after you die to pick stuff up anyway, even after you returned those items to me I placed the cannon and stamina pots back and now they are all gone too so something is going on anyway just asking the staff to take a look because I don't think everything is going according to what we spoke about

I never agreed to any tos you contacted me, I did not contact you guys and second we talked about 60-80 strength being roughly 30m which is not done and also mith gloves package is about 10mil, horror of the deep im not sure about pricing and the slayer is not even done ether so the last levels are harder than the biggening numbers anyway so the bone dagger quest is not done ether my math is equaling a lot plus the time wasted for a 1-3 day amount of work should be considered +the price of a bond so again I'd rather leave it to the discreation of the staff

They will refund you for whats not been done on the account, along with the price of the bond. Just waiting on @daweed to give us a price setup as to how much you will be refunded.

Firstly the money is not with us, its been given to the MM ( RoomScape ).

the workload we did, its way more comparing Mithril package. At the beginning of the service , the account only had 60 str with 40ish hp , the rest skills all 1 + quest points being 1 . 

Looking at the account now, its total level is 498-500 i believe with 20+ quest points.

Did 4 easy diaries which is amounting to 2.5m per 1 diary, Got the easy diaries skill + quest requirements = 12.5m, Sand Crabs training = 45k xp amounting to 0.675m.

I don't fully agree with the way Daweed is calculating it, because of the total package you said 30 mil was for 60-80 strength, you also said slayer 1-55 and mith gloves you picked training slayer with the diaries and mith gloves and bone dagger quest so I'd like the staff to pick a middle ground as less than 1/4th of the work
