contact professor oak it seems ur pokédex is missing some entries 

I have this same issue on one of my computers and I think it might have to do with your firewall/security. Do clients such as Osbuddy or even the regular Jager client allow you to pick your world? Trying to understand the situation better so I can help you.

If that was the case it would have done it earlier I'd say. But what I did it made a new user on my laptop and it worked idk why but it did.

Ive had this also, i think its down to firewall/security like alvin said.
