It runs well, but very bot-like. I got banned after 3 hours of use. For example it rotates camera to one exact angle every time when unnoting to phials, rotates precisely 180 degrees to click the portal, repeat... for hours. 180 degrees exactly, every time.

can't change mouse speed on osbot client in any way and i dont think it matters

You definitely can, it's moving a stupid amount quicker than other scripts. Maybe something else in the script effects it?
