I'm looking to make a F2P pure, so 40 att/60+ str and rng, 1 all else (possibly 25 mage for tele). I plan on training it in P2P though, and keeping HP as low as possible.

What's a good list of quests to do for all that? Thanks!

you want dp/tree gnome/waterfall/fight arena for exactly 40attack, then barb fish/PC and range guild/cannon

Straight off Tutorial Island 
Splash train magic until you have 633 XP

Questing for Magic XP
Witch's Potion (325 XP)
Imp Catcher (875 XP)
(You will now be 13 Magic for Fire Strike)

Attack & Strength XP
Vampire Slayer (4,825 Attack)
Waterfall Quest (13,750 Attack, 13,750 Strength)
The Grand Tree (18,400 Attack, +2,150 Magic)
Death Plateau (3,000 Attack)

The above will Grant You:
Attack: 39,975 XP (40)
Strength: 13,750 XP (30)
Magic: 3,983 (19)

Range Training Methods
- Cannon Training
- Range Guild
(Train up to 75+ Range, Hopefully this will raise your combat to 40, If not train your HP to 14)

Strength & Attack Training
- Repair Barricades at Pest Control

You can also do Fight Arena for good attack experience if you don't wanna do any of those

wth, get hp why would u stay 10hp.
