Does Jagex even give out temp bans anymore?

Depends on what you were botting and account creation time I believe, some are more serious like Gold farming (such as woodcutting/Collecting ect) is perm I believe but i've gotten 2 day's for Training NMZ/PC Botting.

I know they do for things such as AHK and Autoclicking.

For me, on pure botting accounts its a perma but when i get caught botting on a main account its a 2day ban

Not really true, I botted sand crabs on 2x 7 days old accounts and I got a 1 day ban and a 2 day ban, and they were not even close to be "mains"

yes, typically ull find them on botted older accounts in my expereince

Yup. Both accounts temp. banned at same time, but one of them was unbanned 1 day before the other
