No idea, have played that game for 3ish years, and have been inactive for the past 4-5 months; lost interest + moved over to clash royale

That account you described is actually worth a couple hundred bucks and I wouldn't recommend buying it because they're easily recoverable and still accessible on the device of the original owner even if you own the email. You should play the game, the real fun is clan wars as a TH7-TH9 once you get to TH10/11 it requires a lot more of your time and a lot more thought and effort. Still fun, but my favorite part was TH7-9.
