Tj2907 Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 So I've been doing codecademy all day and I will probably be done soon, where should I go to learn to take it a step further after I finish codecademy?
EXP Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 Currently in the same situation, take a look at a book called "Headfirst Java" you can easily find a pdf file online. 1

Qubit Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 Learn how to actually code... got enough shit coders, if you would even call them that, in this community. Get a good book and read through it and do the projects they give. 2

Zappster Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 (edited) Take a walk around Runescape on a fresh level 3 (members/f2p) Do any activity you want then try to automate it, like a goblin killer which burries the bones. Once you know the basics, it's just down to learning how to use the API. Edited March 12, 2017 by Zappster
The Undefeated Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 Codecademy won't really learn you how to use your knowledge. I used the tutorials on the OSBot forum and some on YouTube. Here some (outdated) examples: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mdil7v1J5es https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0mIWSUHXB9c https://osbot.org/forum/forum/250-tutorials/
