Uhm, yes. that ban was on www.rsmarkt.nl

 

Basicly what happened is this:

 

I had a small aio service, also staked for 5% commision. and this one guy approached me and wanted me to stake for him. He gave me 90m and i lost some and i won some, traded him multiple times to get more money for staking and that went on for a little bit. after a little while i started a winning streak, got up to 550m with a starting amount of 50m i believe. 

 

Since i already traded the guy 3-4 times in the single session i didnt ask every single time to confirm the trade because i knew who he was and it was kinda time consuming. (my biggest regret in doing services for people was this)

 

He noticed the mistake i made and started extorting me with making a dispute against him unless i traded over money, not 500m or half of it. i refused because im not going to let that happen and he made a dispute against me as a result. I tried to explain myself to the 2 acting mods but both simply ignored me. didnt respond once to any of my appeals or skype messages. the dispute was open for a few weeks, i believe almost 2 months and nothing happened, all of the sudden one of the 2 mods just banned  and kept ignoring me.  (i can proof that they ignored me but i would like the screens to be hidden)

@Jowsiej used to be mod on the forum i got banned on, he just stopped modding before i got appealed. i still work together with her on selling accounts lately, there is mutual trust and she also can confirm that those 2 skypes are the mods and not somebody else.

 

if this isnt enough of a defence, 1) being banned because of crooked mods and 2) still working together with a ex mod from that forum. I am willing to sent to super mods a picture of my ID, some parts blacked out but the essential info on there. im not planning to ever scam so i have no problem giving such and insurance.

[15:37:58] uta: Arjan(eend) scammed me yesterday while staking for me, i have used him several times withouth a problem but this time he did not give me my gp back, last nigth i have him 150m to stake we lost the first stake after that we did another 100m which we won
then we went in for another 150m which we also won so we ended up on 500m total
after saying that was enough and i wanted to trade he told me he had already traded my acount the 500m - the fee for staking

Alright, I'm going to pass this onto Dex or Solution as they both can speak dutch.

But before I do that I just want to highlight a few things:

 

1) 

the Skype convo they had went like this :
they win the 500m and the guy wants to eend to trade him the cash back
eend tell the guy he already traded the guys acount "jan sobieski" which he did not as showed in the pictures.

 

How did they deduce that he never muled off the money himself? Did you not have pictures of you showing the 500m on his account before logging off?

What do you mean by this  exactly ^, are you trying to say that he took advantage of you because you no longer confirmed it was his money after each time he traded you over x amount of money for you to  stake with it and then he wanted you to give the full winnings and not allow you to take comission?

1. they concluded he didnt mule the money of himself because he said so... there was no real evidence against me other than him saying i never paid.. he was also vidding the entire thing, i knew that but that video was never posted because that shows my innocence. the acting mods just didnt give a fuck about my side of the story

 

2. what i meant, he noticed that i didnt ask for him to confirm it was him i was trading he could make a case that i didnt trade him at all. i had the guy in my friends list i was 100% sure it was him so for me there was no need to ask "is this you?"  this was stupid for me but i was still kinda new to this kinda stuff

 

 

a few days before this i also won him 300m.. and traded that legit over

Unless the full video unedited is shown I don't see how we can prove it either way. I'm not gonna ban you on here. I would do the same exact thing as you. If I confirmed a trade with someone 5 times and the 6th time I forgot or just assumed we were on the level of trust. I would just go ahead with the trade. Also a site with 10 people on and a bunch of mods with no reputation. Not going to fly around here.

This is excalty what i hoped for! is this disputed ready to be closed or are there other things we need to sort out.

There's not really any evidence that suggests that @Eendtraded over the money to someone else nor is there any evidence from @Eend that suggests otherwise, so it's basically word against word which means I'm going to have to archive this dispute.
