I keep getting accounts locked for suspicion of being stolen whenever I create an account and then use a proxy for it. Is this due to the account not being verified with an email or account creation taking place on another ip? I have the proxies split between three different providers so I assume it is a fault on my end. Last time I botted I never had this issue so I am quite confused.

This could definitely be it. Maybe jagex sees your accounts location hopping between long distances

On topic: its related to the IP that tutorial island was ran on. That is about it, make your accs on a different IP.

i can sell you fresh accounts without locks

So I have been registering with the proxy and hand doing the tutorial island and somehow still getting account locks. If I hand do tutorial island on my ip and then transfer them over they do not seem to get banned. These accounts are in for the long run. If they start on the same ip for tutorial island will that link them if a ban wave occurs?
