You can try an account recovery - as in; you act like your can't access your account anymore, they'll look into it and you might get lucky.

There is another way but for that to work your account would actually need to have been hacked/in hands of someone else.

i can always have the OO to try the second option? as he must have the creation info

Make sure the OO is someone you can trust. He might just keep the account after he recovers and unbans.
