2. need 100 post count to sell accounts

Same statement as already noted get more feedback before trying to sell this and get your 100 post count.

Also if you have any Diaries done that you haven't noted that can raise the price as well. 

As for a price I would agree with the 400m+, but again you have no real reputation here therefore you would realistically be looking around 250M

 

Was not aware of 100 post count to sell accounts, I can get that up rather quickly. It has all hard dairies done and can do some elites, just needs higher rc lvls

 

Does it mean anything if I am highly trusted/vouched on a more popular black market site (Sythe)?

it's against the rules to claim your vouched from only off site references, but not against the rules to show ppl that you have those references :p

Am I not aloud to advertise selling something in multiple places to reach to the most people for the best chance of me getting the best offer for it?

That wont work if you arent trusted, stick to sythe.
