Reporting Merloman for Scamming + Possible DDOS Attacks!

Explanation: We agreed on a deal which was 10M 07 for VIP rank on here. I paid him the 10M 07 and my internet straight up cuts out 10 seconds after the trade. I used my mobile internet to PM him and he gives me a code that doesn't even work. I then ask him for a new one because it doesn't work probably because he redeemed it. A few moments later my internet cuts out again and I get back onto Skype and he's offline.

Both photos were taken with my phone because of the amount of packets that he sent to my router.

He told me he was buying a new one however recently my internet turned off again. He's scammed me and constantly ddosing me in order to hide the evidence. It's quite sad that he's done this and could we also launch an investigation to see if he's ddosed other users.

I've also got more to the conversation where he says he bought a new code however he's not sent me that yet.

Please ban him before he scams/ddoses someone else.
