Had the account stolen by a service worker and i wasnt the original owner so i couldnt recover at the time. Just got it back and its banned. How do i get the offences quashed? The bans happened in 2014.

Twitter would be your best bet. Jagex support and Wealth on Twitter.

It's done through the actual recovery appeal, in the other comment section. Only like 25% of it being quashed 

if you it didnt get quashed when you recovered it, try it again.

but chances are it wont get quashed if it doesnt on first or second attempt

tweeting mods with all your info is your only hope and it's a very slim chance that any 07 mod will actually give you any attention at all. I've heard that pretending to be a good looking female on twitter tends to get more attention from the 2007 staff... this is not a troll btw

try throwing in timelines that you didnt play that you know it had to be banned during that time frame let them know you did not have access to the account, and it would have had to been whomever hijacked the account.

Just tried some of these - minus pretending to be an attractive female [I don't need to pretend]- to no avail.

 

One second here. How did you all of a sudden get this account information if it was stolen by a worker. If your worker decided to give you the information 3 years later then didn't you realise something was fishy...?
